1.Reservation

  • Is it possible to make a same-day reservation at the hotel?

    Online same-day reservations can be made up to 12 noon on the day of your stay. For same-day reservations after 12 noon, please call us.

  • How do I change my reservation details?

    For online reservations, please make any changes on the website of the online travel agency. If you have any questions, please contact us by phone.

  • When does the cancellation fee apply? How much is the cancellation fee?

    Please cancel your reservation by 12:00 on the fourth day before your stay. If you cancel after the deadline or without notice, the following cancellation fees will apply.

    Three days before: 30%
    Two days before: 50%
    One day before: 80%
    On the day of arrival/no-show: 100%

  • How much is the charge for an extended stay after check-out?

    We accept late check-outs until 12:00 noon. The charge for an extended stay is 1,100 yen per person per hour (tax included).

  • Can I stay with my pet?

    We do not allow pets to stay with their owners.

  • From what age do children have to pay for accommodation?

    Accommodation fees apply to children in elementary school and above.

2.Check-in / Check-out

  • What are the check-in and check-out times?

    Check-in is from 16:00 to 23:00, and check-out is by 10:00.

  • Is it possible to check in early (early check-in) or check out late (late check-out)? If so, is there an additional charge?

    We do not offer an early check-in service. We can accept late check-outs until 12 noon. The additional charge is 1,100 yen per person per hour (tax included).

  • Can you keep my luggage before check-in or after check-out?

    We can keep your luggage before check-in or after check-out.

  • What payment methods can I use?

    We accept the following payment methods.

    • Cash
    • Credit card (VISA, MASTER, AMEX, JCB, DINERS, DISCOVER)
  • Is payment required at check-in or check-out?

    Payment is required at check-in.

  • Do you support online check-in?

    We do not support online check-in. Please check in at the front desk.

  • What should I do if I'm going to be late for check-in?

    If you're not going to be able to check in by 23:00, please contact us by phone.

  • Is it possible to have additional room keys issued at check-in?

    We will issue up to two keys per room.

3.Guest rooms

  • Are there any non-smoking/smoking rooms?

    All areas of the hotel, including the guest rooms, are non-smoking. Smoking areas are available outside the entrance.

  • Is Wi-Fi in the rooms free to use?

    Wi-Fi is free to use.

  • What facilities are provided in the guest rooms?

    They are equipped with Wi-Fi, a refrigerator, a desk lamp, a TV, a hairdryer, air conditioning, a telephone, and a kettle. In addition, free rental items are available at the front desk.

  • What amenities are provided in the guest rooms?

    Mineral water, sanitary bags, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap, deodorant spray, and toilet paper are provided. In addition, an amenity buffet is available at the front desk.

  • Can I choose the type of pillow?

    In addition to the pillows provided in the guest rooms, we also lend out low-rebound pillows at the front desk.

  • Are there any rooms that can accommodate extra beds?

    Room 801 can accommodate up to two extra beds, allowing a maximum of four people to stay in the room. Room 401 can accommodate up to four futon sets, allowing a maximum of six people to stay in the room.

  • Is the key to the guest room a card key?

    The key to the guest room is a cylinder key.

  • Do you have any barrier-free rooms?

    We do not have any barrier-free rooms.

  • If I am staying for multiple nights, will my room be cleaned every day?

    Rooms used for multiple nights will be cleaned once every three days.

  • Are there air purifiers or humidifiers in the guest rooms?

    All guest rooms are equipped with air purifiers with humidifying functions.

  • Can I use an aroma or fragrance diffuser in my room?

    Please refrain from using strong-smelling aromas or fragrances in your room.

  • Can I use pay channels?

    We do not offer pay channels.

4.Services

  • Is breakfast and dinner provided?

    Breakfast is available from 7:00 to 9:30 as a buffet. Dinner is not provided.

  • Is there a laundry service, coin laundry, or dry cleaning service?

    There is no laundry service or coin laundry in the hotel. We also do not offer dry cleaning services. Please use the coin laundry in the neighborhood.

  • Is the front desk open 24 hours a day?

    The front desk is open from 7:00 to 23:00. Between 23:00 and 7:00, the front desk is not open except in the case of an emergency.

  • Can you arrange a taxi for me?

    We can arrange a taxi for you at the front desk.

  • Is there a shuttle bus service to the hotel?

    We offer free pick-up and drop-off services by prior reservation. If you would like to use this service, please contact us at least 2 days before your stay.

  • Is it possible to receive or send parcels by courier?

    We can receive and send parcels at the front desk. We can only send parcels by cash on delivery.

  • Is there a convenience store nearby?

    There is a Seven-Eleven about a 6-minute walk away.

  • Are there any vending machines?

    There are vending machines on the 3rd floor for alcoholic drinks and soft drinks.

  • What items can I use with the free rental service?

    We offer free rental of trouser presses, clothing steamers, blankets, battery chargers and hair irons.

  • Do you offer a wake-up call service?

    We do not offer a wake-up call service.

  • Are there any barrier-free facilities?

    There are no barrier-free facilities.

  • Is foreign language support available at the front desk?

    We have translation devices (POCKETALK) available at the front desk.

  • Is it possible to issue a receipt?

    Yes, it is possible.

  • Is it possible to issue a certificate of accommodation?

    Yes, it is possible.

5.Facilities

  • Is there a parking lot? How much does it cost? Is a reservation required?

    Parking is free for guests staying at the hotel. No reservation is required. We also have a parking lot that can accommodate large buses.

  • Is there an ice machine?

    It is on the 3rd floor.

  • Is there a public bath? What are the opening hours?

    The public bath is open from 16:00 to 24:00 and from 6:00 to 9:00.

  • Is there a sauna facility?

    There is a sauna (barrel sauna) in the large public bath.

  • Is there a smoking area?

    Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the building, including the guest rooms. There is a smoking area outside the entrance.

6.Security

  • Is there a safety deposit box in each room?

    There is a safety deposit box in every room.

  • Is there a service for storing valuables at the front desk?

    We do not offer a service for storing valuables at the front desk. Please use the safety deposit box in your room.

  • Is the elevator system only accessible with a room key?

    No, you can use the elevator even if you don't have a room key.

  • Are there any rules regarding taking photos or videos inside the hotel?

    If you are planning to conduct interviews or take photos or videos at the hotel, you will need to obtain permission from the hotel in advance.
    Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request depending on the content or timing of the shoot.
